Cancellation Policy

ALL BOOKING / RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL

 

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly.

Therefore all reservations made at Tuck Hotel are non-refundable.

 

All reservations will be charged in full upon reservation, including California Occupancy Tax (14%), City Tax (1.5%) and service fee of $16.52 per night of the reservation.

 

If any full or partial cancellation is made, regardless of the reason, your deposit will remain non-refundable.

You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

 

All changes are subject to availability.

Travel insurance

We realize that cancellations are often beyond your control.

 

For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

 

Payments

All reservations will be charged in full upon room reservation, including California Occupancy Tax (14%), City Tax (1.5%) and Service Charge $16.52 per night.

All reservations made at Tuck Hotel are non-refundable.

 

Maximum Room Occupancy

All rooms have a Queen or King-sized bed and can accommodate up to two adults.

Our rooms do not accommodate cribs or extra beds.

No children are allowed at the property.

Parking

We recommend all our guests to use Uber / Lyft / Taxi or other transportation to the hotel.

Recommended Parking lot: $25/day

Check-in and Check-out

Front Desk Hours: 7 AM - 10 PM

Check-in : 3PM - 10PM

Check-out time: 11 AM

 

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide:

  • A valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in

  • A valid credit card

  • Phone number

  • Direct email

  • Current Address

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in and register for a hotel room.

 

We are a Smoke-Free Hotel

Tuck Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property.

A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed to any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.

 

Packages 

We will gladly receive your packages ordered to be delivered to the hotel on the day of your reservation. (free of charge) Tuck Hotel is not responsible for any incidents with the packages while being shipped or stored at the hotel.

Guest Responsibility

While accidents happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
