Pre check-in requires government-issued identification and a credit card under the same name. This is required to be submitted 48hrs before your check-in time.


**Reservations made within the 48 hrs to arrival date, the reservation will only remain confirmed until 7 pm without pre check-in.**

Mobile Key / Card Key Responsibility

Since there is no front desk available at all times, we provide emergency card keys for every reservation. Damaged/Lost keys are at the guest's responsibility.



We have different rates with options of free cancellation or non-refundable on different booking platforms.

You are responsible for your own choice of booking so read the listed different policies carefully.


If you've chosen a non-refundable rate - any full or partial cancellation is made, regardless of the reason, your deposit will remain non-refundable.


All changes are subject to availability.

The full payment amount is charged in full upon the day of the reservation (depending on the rate plan).

Travel insurance


We realize that cancellations are often beyond your control.

For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

All reservations will be charged in full upon room reservation (depending on the rate plan), including California Occupancy Tax (14%), City Tax (1.5%), and an Amenity fee of $10.32 / night 


Security Deposit

The credit card provided at the registration form will be authorized $150 / 24hrs prior to the check-in date and will be refunded after check out.

These facts will apply to be subtracted from the deposit:

  • Loud Noises

  • Interior damage

  • Smoking 

  • Extra cleaning

  • Breaking maximum occupancy

  • Disrespecting other guests

  • stolen items

  • Any violation of house

Any expenses including extra room refreshing service ($20)  will be deducted from your deposit.


Maximum Room Occupancy


Max guests amount up to 2 people.

All guests entering the room must be registered in the reservation and an ID must be provided at check-in.

All rooms have a Queen, King, or California King-sized bed and can accommodate up to two adults.

Our rooms do not accommodate cribs or extra beds.

No children or pets are allowed at the property.  

Service Animals


Guests with service animals will need to inform the front desk before the arrival date, with the specification of the service of the animal so we can assist if there is an emergency.



We recommend all our guests to use Uber / Lyft / Taxi or other transportation to the hotel.

We are a Smoke-Free Hotel

Tuck Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property.

A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.


We will gladly receive your packages ordered to be delivered to the hotel with a notification to the front desk prior to arrival. (free of charge)


Tuck Hotel is not responsible for any incidents with the packages while being shipped or stored at the hotel

Photography​ at property

Any photography being filmed at the property (regardless of personal editorial, or commercial) is required to be notified. Contact for details. This could apply as a violation of policy.

Guest Responsibility


While accidents happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
